You wanted to know who I am? My memory's a little fuzzy but I'll try my best. I'm sorry I can't tell you everything.Born in one of many city states surrounding Bozja, I was the daughter of Queen [REDACTED]. My real name is Tiggy [REDACTED].She, along with my father, [REDACTED] ruled their city with benevolence and integrity. Our culture was unique even among our peers, one that promoted love, acceptance and understanding.Such was the case that it was considered normal for our people to have multiple partners. And so I was raised alongside my numerous siblings, each sharing one, two or neither parent. It mattered little, for we were happy to have so many of us around. Many of us even took up positions as shrine maidens to my mother, in service to her and our people.I thought I was happy, then my sixth nameday arrived. I started showing signs of powers I did not understand. They manifested as the ability to [REDACTED] and [REDACTED].I know naught of how or why it happened, but my mother was soon assassinated, and I was thrust into the spotlight. A faction soon arose demanding I take over the throne, for only one with powers such as I was meant to take over. Yet other factions opposing my ascension or promoted other candidates fought back.Siblings fought siblings. Comrades turned on comrades. Lovers murdered lovers. The happy family I once knew was gone. And in the midst of all the chaos, I was kidnapped, sold off to pirates off the cost of Gangos.Who kidnapped me? Who sold me off? I only know that the last person I saw that day was my father. He handed me things and told me things I did not understand and watched as the pirates dragged me away. I begged for him to take me home, to hold me in his arms so I could feel safe, but all I saw was his flat expressionless face as the ship departed.Life at sea was tough. Surrounded by a crew who mutinied and exiled their own captain mere weeks into the voyage, I knew I had to use every weapon available to me to survive. I [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] to prove myself, and so they left me alone, letting me work as a deckhand.A young lass of six summers against a horde of pirates? I'd like to think my mother taught me well to survive.I'll not bore you with the details of the next twenty years, for that is a life well lived and a story on its own. But I managed to rise up the ranks and take over the crew, turning it into a shipping company of which I own several ships today.These days, you'll find me organising my expeditions right in Limsa Lominsa.
